Description
Former broadcast news anchor Francesca Marguerite Maximé won the 2020 Allen Ginsberg Poetry Award from the Poetry Center at Passaic County Community College. Francesca describes how poetry helped her to turn her life around, and start a new career as a life coach and trauma healer. She reads her winning poem “Pleather” at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Poetry Center at PCCC, founded by poet Maria Mazziotti Gillan.
