Israeli artist Sigalit Landau and Paletinian-Lebanese artist Zeina Barakeh introduce their videos, which were featured in “The Fertile Crescent: Gender, Art, and Society.” Sigalit is a dancer and artist who has created a poetic 3-channel meditation on borders. Zeina has created video animations that re-imagine history. “The Fertile Crescent” was a series of exhibitions and events in Princeton and New Brunswick that took place in 2012- 2013. This clip is from a story for NJ Today, “Video Art from the Middle East: Personal and Political.”
