Hoboken’s favorite music club, Maxwell’s, has presented bands like Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Superchunk, and Yo Lo Tengo. State of the Arts caught the indie rock band Tapes ‘n Tapes at a 2011 show – and that’s a good thing because Maxwell’s closed in 2013.
