Description
Playwright Emily Mann marked 20 years as artistic director of Princeton’s McCarter Theatre in 2009 with a new production of her landmark play, “Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters First 100 Years.” In this story, Mann speaks candidly about her career as both a playwright and artistic director, her struggle with multiple sclerosis, and her belief in the power of theater. Activist intellectual Cornel West and eminent playwrights Edward Albee and Christopher Durang give their perspectives on their friend and colleague Emily Mann and her impact at the McCarter.
Produced by Susan Wallner.
