The role of caregiver is one that many of us will take on at some point in our lives – whether it’s your job, or you’re caring for a family member. At the Bickford Theater in Morristown, “Healing Voices OnStage: Caregivers Stories” brought together real stories about caregiving, written by caregivers, and produced by a team of professional directors and actors. The project is a collaboration between the New Jersey theater community and Atlantic Health System – one of the largest non-profit health care systems in the state. Atlantic Health System’s Healing Arts Program worked with the New Jersey Theater Alliance to create a production designed to share stories and connect a community.
