Description
Veterans write poems, and create art using paper made from their old uniforms. State of the Arts NJ visits Combat Paper NJ workshops at Stockton College and at the Printmaking Center of NJ in Branchburg, NJ (now called Frontline Arts), and hears from Warrior Writers at the Dodge Poetry Festival. Dr. Donna Bassin and author Brian Turner describe the dangers awaiting soldiers returning home from war, and how making art can help veterans cope.
Produced by Susan Wallner.
Narrated by Dan Gordon; Videography by Joe Conlon.
