Producer Sam Vladimirsky met Indigenous Ecuadorian artist Layqa Nuna Yawar as he completed a colossal mural for Newark Airport’s newest terminal. The Newark-based artist created an historical mural that reflects the ongoing cycle of time, and that’s a tribute to people of all kinds. It’s one of the largest public arts projects since the days of Roosevelt.
Additionally, State of the Arts‘ production company PCK Media has received an Emmy for the documentary Keeping the Pinelands, produced for NJ PBS, in Musical Composition/Arrangement with Katya Richardson!
