Description
Internationally acclaimed artist Hank Willis Thomas deconstructs the language of advertising to learn about society in the past and today. Through his use of powerful branded imagery and objects he questions their relationship with humanity and our existence within pop culture. His exhibition, LOVERULES, is both a critique of advertising and a message of hope.
LOVERULES: From the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation is at the Zimmerli Art Museum-Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ from Sept. 9 – Dec. 20, 2026.
