The enormous, expressive steel sculptures of artist Steve Tobin in “Aerial Roots” are featured in an outdoor installation covering seven acres at Grounds for Sculpture. State of the Arts visits the artist’s Quakertown, Pennsylvania studio, and visits the NYC location of his most famous work, “Trinity Root,” Tobin’s 9/11 memorial .
